What do I get for free?
With every order, you get 18 PixPax free and there are no limits on how many times you can order. We've got enough free PixPax for you, your friends and everyone else - spread the news.
What do I pay for?
Our engineers are working on ways to teleport your PixPax to you for free, but in the meantime, you just have to pay for postage and packaging, plus any lovely extras you decide to add to your free 18 PixPax.
What are the dimensions of PixPax?
PixPax are perfectly proportioned at 103mm long and 80mm wide. They feature your photos in a 70mm x 70mm square.
What kind of paper are PixPax printed on?
PixPax are printed on 300gsm uncoated matte card that looks good and feels great. We are also the first in the UK to print photos on 100% recycled card.
What if I'm not happy with my PixPax order?
We are passionate about delivering only the best for you, but in the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied please drop us a note in the 'Contact Us' section - we'll happily print your PixPax again for you.
Can I add/cancel/amend an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once you have submitted it. Feel free to drop us a line in the 'Contact Us' section straight after you place your order to see if there is anything we can do.
I've got a voucher code, but it's not working… help!
Don't worry, just drop us a line in the 'Contact Us' section and let us know which code you were trying to use, and what the error message was when you tried to use the code. We are here to help.
I haven't received an order confirmation email, do you have my order?
You should receive a confirmation email from us soon after you order your PixPax. If you haven't received one, please check your spam and clutter folders, and look for an email from PixPax@kdfse.com. If you still can't find the email, please drop us a line in the 'Contact Us' section.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Standard delivery takes 6 to 9 days and Express delivery takes 4 to 6 days.
Where are my PixPax? They haven't turned up.
Oh dear, please check your order confirmation email for the expected delivery date. If the delivery date has passed, drop us a line in the 'Contact Us' section with your order ID and we will look into this for you.
What happens if I'm not at home for delivery?
If you're not in when your PixPax arrive, the postman will leave a card for you to collect your PixPax from the nearest post office.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently you can only order PixPax in the UK and France. Would you like PixPax in your country? We'd love to hear from you - let us know in the 'Contact Us' section.
I would like to change the email address in my account. How do I do that?
You can change your email address at any time within the Account section.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
